Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the GadgetMatrix mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App is developed and published by OutOfThisWorld Studios ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to the App however you obtained it — including the Amazon Appstore and Google Play — and any associated web properties hosted at outofthisworld-studios.com/gadgetmatrix/. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of the app store from which you downloaded it.
License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use GadgetMatrix on devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the terms of service of the app store from which you obtained the App (such as the Amazon Appstore or Google Play).
This license does not permit you to:

- — Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by law
- — Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or otherwise commercially redistribute the App
- — Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding
Acceptable Use
You agree to use GadgetMatrix only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:

- — Infringe the rights of, harass, or harm any other person
- — Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network
The QR Scanner tool may open external links contained in scanned codes. You are solely responsible for the content and safety of any third-party website or resource you choose to access.
Accuracy Disclaimer
GadgetMatrix provides measurement tools — including the compass, spirit level, sound meter, metal detector, speedometer, and others — that rely on the sensors built into your device. Sensor accuracy varies significantly between devices and can be affected by calibration, interference, environmental conditions, and hardware limitations.
The App's readings are intended for general informational and recreational use only. They are not certified, calibrated, or guaranteed and must not be relied upon for professional, scientific, navigational, medical, legal, construction, or any safety-critical purpose. Always use properly certified equipment where accuracy matters.
Advertising
GadgetMatrix may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. Your interaction with advertisers and any third-party content is solely between you and that third party. Details of how advertising data is handled are described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including its name, design, source code, graphics, branding, and the "GadgetMatrix" and "OutOfThisWorld Studios" marks — are owned by OutOfThisWorld Studios and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license set out in these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the App at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTOFTHISWORLD STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE APP, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON ITS MEASUREMENTS OR READINGS.
Termination
You may stop using GadgetMatrix at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at any time and without notice. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of GadgetMatrix after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
