Turn the CIP3 (.ppf) files your RIP already writes into the CIP4/JDF ink-zone profile InkZone expects, with the sheet preview beside it. A standalone alternative to PM Smart that does its job on the machine in front of you — no server, no account, no network calls, ever.

What it does
CIP3 in, CIP4 out
It reads the binary CIP3 (.ppf) your prepress already produces and writes a CIP4 JDF ink-zone profile as a JMF command, with a PNG of the sheet alongside it — the pair InkZone imports.
Every zone, every ink
Key opening for each separation across every zone, on screen before anything is written. Hover a zone to read its value. Process and spot inks are placed on press units for you.
Hotfolder
Point CIP-E at a folder and it takes every .ppf that lands there, converts it and delivers it — no one has to be at the machine. The original can be left, moved or deleted afterwards.
It checks the job first
A half-copied file is refused rather than converted with inks missing. A job with more plates than the press has units is flagged as needing more than one pass. A preview it cannot read is refused with the reason.
Sixteen languages
Slovenian, English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Croatian, Serbian, Turkish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Switch at any time from the top bar.
Offline by design
Your licence is a signed file, checked on your own machine. There is no account and no server to reach. A press PC with no route to the internet is a supported setup, not a problem.

Getting your licence

Open CIP-E. The activation screen shows a machine code. Send it back to us.

Updates
CIP-E looks for a new version when it starts, and offers it in a bar you can dismiss. Nothing installs until you press Update now, and the check can be switched off entirely in Settings — a press PC with no route out is a supported setup, not a problem.
Every update is signed, and both the signature and the file’s hash are verified before anything is installed. Updating needs no administrator rights.
